The Corsa Vision Program
From idea to finished part
Every Corsa Aerodynamics project starts as a scan and ends as a hand-finished part — carbon fiber, fiberglass, full body kits, or a complete custom classic car shell. Here is how we get there.
Step 01 — 3D Scanning
Precision 3D scanning
We start by laser-scanning the donor vehicle with industrial-grade 3D scanning equipment, capturing every body line and surface detail down to the millimeter. This scan becomes the foundation for every part we design.
Step 02 — 3D CAD Design
From scan to CAD model
The scan data is rebuilt into a full 3D CAD model, where our designers sculpt aero surfaces, vents, and fitment tolerances with millimeter precision before a single part is cut or printed.
Step 03 — Prototyping
Rapid prototyping in-house
Every design is test-printed on our in-house industrial 3D printers before it ever touches carbon fiber or fiberglass, letting us validate fitment and refine details fast.
Step 04 — Manufacturing
Hand-finished carbon fiber and fiberglass
Once a design is proven, we hand-lay and cure each part in carbon fiber or fiberglass, finished with a deep gloss clear coat. We build everything from individual components to full body kits and complete custom classic car shells — to the exact geometry of your car.
